1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 3win8 ("3win8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 3win8 website at 3win8.one and all associated services, products, and gaming content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the 3win8 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 3win8 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3win8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. 3win8 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to or to have been used by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds therein may be forfeited.
• You must be acting as a private individual, for personal and recreational purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes on behalf of a third party is prohibited without prior written authorisation from 3win8.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited or unlawful. It is your responsibility to ascertain and comply with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 3win8 or under any applicable gaming authority exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of 3win8 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicitly permitted in writing.

3win8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one active account on the 3win8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed with balances forfeited.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You must notify 3win8 promptly of any changes to your registered details. 3win8 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where false or misleading registration information is discovered.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 3win8 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. 3win8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Account Security settings. 3win8 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 3win8 customer support. All pending wagers will be settled according to applicable game rules. Any remaining balance, less applicable fees, will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

3win8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Deposits from unapproved, third-party, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited. All deposits are credited to your 3win8 account balance in real time or within the timeframe published for the relevant payment method. 3win8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used. 3win8 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified Malaysian accounts; actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and time of request. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be withheld pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the 3win8 Platform cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 3win8 reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal limits on specific accounts at its discretion, including as a risk management measure.

3win8 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with internationally recognised gaming authority standards. 3win8 reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any financial transaction suspected of constituting money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities without notice to the account holder.

5Bonuses & Promotions

3win8 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency. The following general principles apply to all 3win8 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your 3win8 account following fulfilment of any stated qualification criteria (e.g., minimum deposit amount, minimum odds).
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, applicable games, and minimum odds are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• 3win8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where technically required or in response to abuse.
• Participation in multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and account closure.
• Any use of automated tools, scripts, or organised strategies designed to exploit promotional mechanics is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 3win8 — including live casino table games, slot games, sportsbook wagering, and Fisher Game — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters.

3win8 operates exclusively with certified game content. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently tested and certified prior to publication on the Platform. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments in real time and audited for shuffle integrity and dealing procedure compliance under internationally recognised gaming authority standards.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction, 3win8 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return all wagers to the players involved. 3win8's decision in respect of game integrity matters is final and binding, subject to the disputes process set out below.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3win8 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or gaming authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Theft: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other head-to-head formats.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place wagers, access the Platform, or interact with game interfaces.
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from any arrangement to predetermine the outcome of a sporting event or game on which a wager is placed via 3win8.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3win8 Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to convert proceeds of crime into legitimate funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks via your bank or payment provider for deposits made to 3win8 without first contacting 3win8 customer support to resolve the issue.

8Responsible Gaming

3win8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become harmful. 3win8 provides the following player protection tools, accessible via your Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic log-out after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of account access for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from the 3win8 Platform.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to 3win8 customer support are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, 3win8 will use reasonable endeavours to prevent access to the excluded account, including blocking marketing communications. 9Intellectual Property

All content on the 3win8 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game content, branding, trademarks, text, audio-visual materials, and the 3win8 logo — is the exclusive property of 3win8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any 3win8 Platform content without prior written authorisation from 3win8. Unauthorised use of 3win8 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3win8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

3win8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3win8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11Amendments to These Terms

3win8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, 3win8 will publish a notice on the Platform and/or notify registered players by email to the address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory requirement, or to address an urgent security or integrity matter.

Your continued use of the 3win8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the standards and principles established under the internationally recognised gaming authority framework under which 3win8 operates.

In the event of a dispute regarding a wager, game outcome, or account transaction, you should contact 3win8 customer support in the first instance. 3win8 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a competent court in respect of any matter that cannot be adequately addressed through the disputes process described herein.
